SPIKY is an interactive/kinetic sculpture inspired by animals with spikes to protect themselves. With the sensors and motors, SPIKY is able to react to the environment, so that if someone approaches it, the spikes will immediately rise up to scare off visitors. This sculpture was inspired by the hedgehog's natural defense.
